COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS

We are open & trading, things are a little different to normal as we adhere to Government Guidelines.

Please bear with is - it's new to us all.

We are able to provide parts, trailer spares, advice & give quotes. If you don’t need to visit us, or need help outside our opening hours, please call 01226 277222 as our phones are redirected when we are not in the shop or workshop.

We have made some changes to the way we operate and how we can work moving forwards. These changes are to ensure we can continue to give you, our fantastic customers, the service you expect, whilst maintaining a safe environment for our staff and other customers.

Our customer reception is now a smaller area that only allows one customer at a time into our premises, with no access to our waiting area or customer toilets. There is hand sanitiser available for you to use and a screen is in place between customers and staff.

We will operate a new cleaning regime for all customer vehicles which we work on. All areas which we work on and touch will be wiped with anti-bacterial fluid before and after work. This includes steering wheels, handbrakes, switches and door handles. Our technicians will be wearing gloves and maintaining social distancing as much as possible.

Your vehicle keys will be sanitised when we take them from you and before we hand themback.

Any areas or surfaces our customers can touch will be cleaned frequently with anti-bacterial cleaner. However, we still encourage everyone to adhere to Government guidelines, by not touching your face & using the hand sanitiser available when you arrive and before you leave our premises.

We kindly ask all visiting customers to maintain the 2 meter social distancing guidelines at all times.

This includes waiting to speak to us, as there may be other customers waiting too.

Please respect social distancing whenever our staff are speaking with you.

We know these are very different circumstances to how we usually operate, but ask that you please adhere to these rules & requests, so that we can remain open to serve and support you with any of your towing and trailer needs
