We require the following information to make your number plates

 

Personal identification required

  • Current valid UK driving license
  • A credit/debit card
  • Police warrant / Armed forces ID card

Vehicle identification required

  • CV5C (registration document – PREFERRED)
  • V5C/2 Tear off slip
  • V750 certificate of entitlement
  • V778 cherished transfer retention document
  • V11 vehicle license renewal
  • V379 vehicle registration certificate
  • V948 Authorisation certificate
